Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair brand with 650+ locations in 38 states. This role educates customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights, and manages estimates from start to finish.

The position coordinates with Body Technicians, ensures QC, and keeps customers informed throughout the repair. Posted min and max pay range is $65,000–$150,970 per year, with incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
• Familiarity with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems preferred (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize after full assessment.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards through QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a great experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
