Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and documenting required repairs. You will coordinate with customers and insurance companies through the repair process, ensuring alignment with KPIs and WOW standards.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and DRP familiarity, with I-CAR training encouraged. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• DRP compliance experience preferred (1+ year).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support team during daily operations and meetings.
• Maintain the store's KPIs and uphold company values.
