Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document all communication, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure compliance with DRP and WOW standards.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license, with I-CAR training

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and attend required meetings.
• Maintain KPIs and support team members to maximize performance.
