Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in South Carolina to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes documenting interactions, following DRP guidelines, and collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and deliver quality results in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately
• Provide timely, accurate information guiding customers through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and support teammates
