Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Charleston, SC is hiring an Estimator to prepare accurate damage estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions, guide clients through the repair process, and ensure alignment with shop KPIs while maintaining excellent service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with repair details.
• Provide accurate estimates and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurers.
• Communicate repair plans and timing to customers and team members.
• Support production walks and participate in safety meetings.
