Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repair quotes, and coordinate with customers and insurers through the repair process. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences and aligning with team KPIs.

You will work closely with the repair team to ensure accurate documentation, timely updates, and compliance with DRP programs, while maintaining high service standards and efficient communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating standards.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and follow up accordingly.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and support the team.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops as directed by Store Manager.
