Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Easley, SC is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes customer experience and adherence to DRP requirements.

You will work with the team to ensure timely communication, proper documentation, and alignment with KPIs, while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Awareness of where to look for answers.
Basic Computer Skills.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
Communicate all customer requests to the team.
Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
Participate in daily production walks with Management.
Support team members as needed.
Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
Attend training sessions recommended by Store Manager.
