Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an Estimator to create vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repairs. You will inform customers and insurers, document repairs, and help the shop meet KPIs while providing a smooth, transparent customer experience.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required and DRP compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to the right team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
