Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Irmo, SC is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and keep customers and insurers informed throughout the repair process.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, DRP knowledge, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; I-CAR training is encouraged. Competitive compensation with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Awareness of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Participate in production walks with the Management Team.
