Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Killeen, TX is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will document interactions, provide timely updates, and work with the team to meet KPIs. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, with I-CAR training preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
