Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating needs with customers and insurers. You’ll document damages, determine parts replacement, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• I-CAR Training preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure insurance client requirements and DRP processes are followed.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Maintain store KPIs and support team members as needed.
