Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. The role involves communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will ensure compliance with DRP requirements, participate in team production walks, and support staff while maintaining high levels of service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes
• Attend production walks and team meetings as required
• Communicate customer requests to the team
• Support colleagues and maintain positive customer interactions
