Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is hiring an Estimator to deliver excellent customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with insurance companies. You will work closely with the team to meet KPIs and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of repair procedures, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training; a valid driver’s license is required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Document customer interactions accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team members.
• Maintain store KPIs and uphold company values of honesty, integrity and respect.
