Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and creating detailed repair estimates. You will coordinate repair needs and maintain open communication with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

As part of The Boyd Group, you will support the repair team to meet KPIs and ensure smooth job flow. A High School Diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with I-CAR training encouraged and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in collision repair or estimator roles.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with DRP processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare repair estimates and document damage assessments.
• Coordinate repairs and parts replacement with customers and insurance companies.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and internal operating standards.
• Support production goals and KPI achievement with accurate data and updates.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way standards during customer interactions.
