Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes adherence to DRP guidelines, OE knowledge, and collaboration with the team to meet KPIs in a high-volume facility.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and repair documentation.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training as needed.
• Familiarity with OE guidelines andvehicle repair terminology.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information to customers during the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person or on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend meetings.
• Engage in training and information sessions as recommended.
