Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled estimator/service advisor to guide customers through the repair process. You will prepare initial and final estimates, coordinate with body technicians, and ensure quality control throughout the repair lifecycle.

The role emphasizes clear customer communication, understanding insurance procedures, and delivering an excellent service experience while meeting carrier requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with auto claims/insurance processes preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete
