Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator/customer service professional to support high-quality collision repair services. You will educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights, and you will complete and finalize repair estimates as the vehicle progresses through disassembly and evaluation.

You will manage the repair lifecycle, perform in-process QC, keep customers updated on status, and coordinate with body technicians for data and post-scanning tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking, able to manage a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating software and speed in processing estimates is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, then finalize estimates after full damage evaluation.
• Manage repair progress and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a positive customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and finalize post-scanning steps.
