Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

The role emphasizes documenting interactions, adhering to insurance requirements, and collaborating with the management team to meet KPIs. Training in I-CAR may be required, and a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training and have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members and attend safety meetings as required.
