Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs from start to finish. You’ll document interactions, guide customers through insurance processes, and ensure compliance with DRP requirements.

Role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of experience. I-CAR training is encouraged, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support the team to meet KPIs.
• Maintain the store’s KPIs by maximizing role performance and help with training as needed.
