Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and ensure clear communication with the team and clients throughout the process.

This role emphasizes collaboration with management during daily production walks, adherence to DRP programs, and meeting KPIs while maintaining high service standards for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License is required

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with accurate, timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training as required.
• Duties may change with notice.
