Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately appraising vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will update customers and insurers throughout the repair process, aligning with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and a driver’s license. Training in I-CAR is expected to be completed; DRP experience is valued.

Formación

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and DRP familiarity.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support all team members and uphold KPI targets.
• Attend monthly health, safety, and staff meetings when required.
• Maintain the store's KPI by maximizing role performance.

Conocimientos

Compliance for DRP’s minimum 1-year
