Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You’ll work with the team to meet KPIs, follow DRP procedures, and support ongoing training and safety initiatives, with benefits that include PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for documenting interactions and processing repairs.
• Awareness of DRP requirements and processes.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process with clear information.
• Ensure insurance client requirements and WOW operating standards are met.
• Coordinate with team members to meet repair KPIs.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
