Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage assessments and detailed repair estimates, coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will document interactions, ensure adherence to DRP requirements, and support the team in meeting KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma (I-CAR training preferred), basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Support all team members when required.
