Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates, coordinating repairs, and updating customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will document interactions, guide customers, ensure DRP and insurer requirements, participate in daily production walks, and support the team. A high school diploma, DRP knowledge, and willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• DRP compliance with at least 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and metrics.
• Ensure WOW Operating Ways compliance for drop-offs, repair planning and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
