Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Estimator who delivers an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, ensure compliance with DRP requirements and I-CAR training, and collaborate with the team to meet facility KPIs and drive results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update details.
• Provide information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and communication.
• Participate in daily production walks and meetings.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings when required.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended.
