Gerber Collision & Glass in Yukon, OK seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

You will document interactions, ensure DRP and WOW compliance, participate in production walks, and support the team to meet KPIs. The role offers a pathway for growth within The Boyd Group.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of DRP processes.
• Minimum of 1 year DRP experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person or on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings if required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops per Store Manager.
