Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document communications, ensure process compliance, and support the team to achieve KPIs.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, adherence to DRP guidelines, and engagement in safety and training programs to drive consistent

Competenze

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Mansioni

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
