Gerber Collision & Glass in Edmond, OK is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, plus the ability to communicate clearly with clients and insurance offices.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s. Minimum 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Support the Management Team during production walks and meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as required.
