Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused professional in Independence, MO to guide clients through the repair journey, handle estimates, and coordinate with insurance partners for quality collision repair services.

You will manage repairs from start to finish, prepare initial estimates, write final estimates after teardown, and maintain close communication with customers to ensure a top-notch experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
• Prepare initial estimates; write final estimates after disassembly and evaluation; lock final estimates.
• Manage repairs through the process while upholding Crash Champions' quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on status and deliver the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order; handle disbursement paperwork; address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
