Job summary

Crash Champions in Platte City, MO is seeking an Estimator to guide customers through the repair journey, explain insurance steps, and prepare accurate estimates. You will manage repairs from intake to QC, keeping clients informed and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with ability to communicate clearly with customers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and time management in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Experience or knowledge in dealing with insurance partners and their requirements.
• Ability to adapt to a high-volume repair workflow and maintain quality under pressure.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, especially CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and full-disassembly-based estimates, locking final figures.
• Manage each repair through completion and enforce Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
