Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to craft accurate estimates, coordinate repair needs, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and communicate with insurance companies to ensure smooth, efficient service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Management Team to meet KPIs, participate in training, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1-year experience in estimator roles or similar.
• I-CAR training willingness may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate vehicle estimates and coordinate repairs.
• Communicate repair needs to customers and insurers.
• Document interactions and update customers throughout repair.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and repair timelines.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW operating ways.
• Participate in daily production walks and training sessions.
