Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs.You will document communications with customers and insurers, ensuring alignment with KPIs and team goals.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and DRP process familiarity. A valid driver's license and I-CAR training are desirable as you collaborate daily with the management team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with DRP processes.
• I-CAR training preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and updates.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team and communicate customer needs to the repair team.
• Participate in production walks and staff meetings as required.
