Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused role to educate clients on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will prepare initial and final estimates, supervise repairs, and maintain clear communication with customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates value quality and efficiency, with experience in estimating systems and collaboration with body technicians. This on-site position in Oakland includes medical, dental, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers on repair processes and insurance steps.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems and repair workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair, ensuring Crash Champions quality through in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed and provides a positive experience throughout the repair.
• Pulls and reviews data with Body Technicians and completes post-scanning for each vehicle.
