Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused Estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly, and lock final numbers while guiding the repair through to completion.

You will coordinate with Body Technicians, review data procedures, pre-close final orders, and manage paperwork to meet carrier requirements, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-centric service skills and clear communication.
• Strong organization, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance, rights, safety and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
