Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Seffner, FL to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating parts and repairs. You’ll document interactions, keep customers and insurance companies informed, and ensure adherence to DRP requirements and WOW operating procedures.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma. A willingness to complete I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are required; prior DRP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend required trainings.
