Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all customer interactions and guide them through the repair process, ensuring alignment with insurer requirements and the facility's KPIs.

Qualifications

Proven ability to document and communicate clearly with customers and teams.
Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
Valid driver's license required.
Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance communications is a plus.
