Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role emphasizes teamwork to meet KPIs and adherence to DRP and WOW standards.

You will participate in daily production walks, require basic computer skills, and have a high school diploma with the ability to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate repair planning, customer communication, and delivery per WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support workflow.
• Assist in daily production walks and safety meetings as required.
