Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, create repair plans, and coordinate communications with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair steps, and ensure production KPI goals are met while upholding WOW values of honesty, integrity and respect.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and be willing to complete

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information; guide through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW standards.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings.
