Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related role.
• Compliance for DRP’s required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Communicate with team members per WOW Operating Ways.
• Inform customers of requests and needs to appropriate staff.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Attend training and information sessions as required.
