Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Bossier, LA is seeking candidates for a role supporting the repair process and delivering exceptional customer service. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair journey, and ensure adherence to insurance requirements and WOW operating standards.

Knowledge of repair processes and basic computer skills are essential, with DRP compliance and at least 1 year of experience recommended.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions.
• Guide customers through repair process with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Coordinate drop-offs, repair planning and customer communications.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Engage in training sessions recommended by Store Manager.
