Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Bossier, LA to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role emphasizes top-level customer service, adherence to DRP requirements, and collaboration with the management team to meet KPIs. A High School diploma or equivalent and CCC ONE experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DRP estimating and customer-facing interactions.
• Understanding of insurance company requirements and repair processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate and timely repair information to customers.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Support team members when needed.
