Job summary

Crash Champions in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights while delivering accurate estimates from initial evaluation through final approval.

You will manage each repair, ensure QC standards, keep customers informed, review data with technicians, and handle pre-close paperwork, with knowledge of CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure QC standards throughout.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan checks.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
