Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. The role involves communicating with customers and insurance companies, accurately assessing vehicle damage, and aligning with the team to meet KPIs.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma and DRP compliance; requires at least 1 year of experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Training (I-CAR) will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings monthly.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
