The Boyd Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and insurance communications. You will evaluate damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPI targets.

You’ll document customer interactions, provide timely information through the repair process, and ensure DRP compliance. Training in I-CAR and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Document and update customer interactions accurately with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers warmly, in person or on the phone, with positive energy.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support teammates when needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
