Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Georgia to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document vehicle damage, inform customers and insurers, and help align team efforts to meet KPIs.

You’ll ensure DRP compliance and participate in production walks and trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, a year of DRP experience, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members and attend health, safety, and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
