Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents needed repairs and parts for the damage appraisal.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with relevant details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed.
