Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The Estimator evaluates vehicle damage, documents required repairs, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs.

You will document customer interactions, provide timely information, and ensure compliance with DRP programs and WOW operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; 1-year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions efficiently with key details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure insurance requirements and WOW operating procedures are met.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with team members.
• Participate in production walks and support staff as needed.
• Attend trainings and information sessions as required.
