Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurers and customers. This role supports the team to meet KPIs and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.

The Estimator will document repairs, communicate progress to customers and insurers, and ensure compliance with OE guidelines and DRP requirements while maintaining strong teamwork and a positive customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning and customer communication.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs & OE guidelines

Basic computer skills

Valid driver's license

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
