Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking an Estimator to provide outstanding customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs and parts, and collaborate with the repair team to meet KPIs. Prior DRP experience and I-CAR training are valued; valid driver’s license required. The role emphasizes safety, detail, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of how to find answers and resources.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Document damages, required repairs, and parts replacement accurately.
• Collaborate with team to align with KPIs and WOW operating standards.

Education
