Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and coordinating with customers, insurers, and team members throughout the repair process.

You will participate in daily production walks, maintain clear communication, and uphold WOW operating standards while contributing to KPI achievement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to document repairs and communicate with customers.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training as part of ongoing development.
• Valid driver’s license required for on-site travel and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and shop processes.
• Participate in daily team activities and attend required training sessions.
